Plans for the Future
Even though Theme Redone is a stable solution that’s been under development and testing for more than two years, there’s still room for more improvement and other ideas.
Some of the plans that we have for Theme Redone
- Creating a Docker-ready version of the theme
- Creating more useful utility functions and components
- Creating a standalone plugin for custom Gutenberg blocks that can be integrated into any WordPress theme
- Flavors: Latte is our primary templating engine of choice, we have plans to create versions that are integrating other templating engines such as Blade and Twig, for example, to make the theme more accessible to developers that have experience/prefer other templating engines.
